2.Public notificationWe will inform users of vulnerability status, repair progress and firmware updates by official email and APP notice.

3.CoverageThis policy applies to device hardware, firmware, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Tuya cloud connection services.

During the security support period, we will provide ongoing security patches, vulnerability repairs and OTA firmware updates, to ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communication security and meet PSTI requirements.

After the end of the support period, no further security updates, vulnerability fixes or firmware services will be provided. Unpatched devices may have network security risks.
